Sobey's shop - loaded my personal offers - I don't shop there often, but they always have lots of coupons there! I don't think it is the best deal around, but needed to get a couple of things:
I purchased 4 x cheerios 460 g for $2.99 each, each had the free minigo offer + 40 Airmiles
Crispy minis - had a personal offer for 50% off two. then picked up a coupon there for buy 3G1Free. At the $1.99, ended up paying $4 for 4.

Last night at SDM .... Country Harvest bagels...my favorite (.25)x1, Wonderbread ..white &ww (.25)x8 and hotdog buns (.25)x1. Also received a large package of whole wheat wraps and Turtles chocolates free with SCOP. Then on to WM were I got 33x Barilla pasta for .25 each. Lots of these will be sent to the food bank. Last but not least a bag of Eat smart salad for free with a 2.00 off coupon.
