Was at the gym today at my RCSS and decided to take a peak afterwards, even though I HATE the store but glad I did...

    Chicken Breast Skinless Bone In (2pks; 3.83kg approx): $44.01 - SALE($27.28 OFF) = $16.73 (OR $1.98/lb SAVE $3.22/lb!!)

Last time I saw a price about this low was at my Zehrs, although it was still cheaper, $1.98/lb is a darn great price for breast these days (Think it was around $1.49/lb or less at Zehrs)

i've never seen a clearance bin in my food basics before.

Awesome deal on coffee! I had no idea you could take a screen shot of the SDM UPC and use that? If that's the case, I guess I know two people who are having pictures added to their phones forthwith!

I had a pretty decent shop today at No Frill's. Overall, I saved over $60.00, which was a smidge more than 50% of what I spent. I got a lot of great deals on produce for March Break, so my kids are protected from scurvy for at least the next few days. Phew, I can sleep tonight! It was a major concern. Not breaking down the entire shop… i.e. goldfish food (whoopee lol) but here are some of the highlights:

    2x Cream of Wheat original cereal @ $2.99 – 2x FPC’s (genuine complaint mail outs) = free

    1x Tropicana Simply @ 3.99 – FPC = free

    2 x Wonder Bread, $2.27, PM’d RCSS @ $2.00 – 50% stickers = $1.00 - $1 wub2 = free
I suggested that we try combining Price Matching on top of 50% stickers, and use a coupon to get my bread for free and to my surprise, they agreed!

    4x Maple Leaf Bacon, PM’d RCSS @ $2.50, submitted for promo - $5.00 = $5.00/4

    1x Fantastik All Purpose Cleaner, PM’d Walmart at $2.47 ($2.79) - $1.00 coupon - $1.50 CO51 = $0.29

    3 x Chips Ahoy Thins @ $1.97 =$5.91 – 3x -$0.50 = $4.41 - $1.50 CO51 = $2.91 before tax for 3, not the best deal this week but my kids were with me and I had to get them something!

    5.6 lb Red Delicious Apples, PM’d Freshco @ $0.69/lb = $3.93

3 bags of Nectarines, (8.9 lbs) $1.49 per bag (reduced) most of them are perfect, the "naturally imperfect" ones are already cut up and in the freezer for smoothies, or already in our bellies thanks to said smoothies, $4.47

2 x President's Choice 12 = 24 Toilet paper $2.97 x 2 plus tax = 6.71 for 48 rolls, works out to just under $0.14/roll, which is cheaper than scratchy no name stuff. Might get a couple more next week if I don't see a killer sale on Velour... dying to use my $2 coupons!

And I earned $3.00 CO51, $5.00 for the Maple Leaf Promo, and $1.10 in PC Plus points (1,100 pts).

Lucky you with the Maple Leaf Bacon. My No Frills would price match but not for the multiple price. Sd they can't do that so paid $2.98 which is still an ok price.

    Target Brag
    (yup, Tarjay)

Had a baby shower to go to that I thought was next week.
    It was this week.
    Had the gifts ready.
With the weather, could not go to get wrapping paper and such.
Checked my gift box and found

gift bags from Target, paid around $0.50 (Brands Gone Wild; Target regular price $7 for 4 bags I think)
Mari Mi cards, blank inside, From Target, paid around $1.00 (Brands Gone Wild; Target regular price up to $10 I think)

Darn, I hate it when that happens. I am one of "the coupon ladies" at my No Frill's very little hassle there. But $2.98 is nothing to sneeze at, I would pay $4 reg price for bacon, if I had to. Because bacon.

Just wanted to get out for a bit today so went to the mall. Our sears clearance store is closing in july so I wanted to check it out while I was there. Harley davidson shoes reg $49.99 marked down to 23.99 and then 50% off so I got for $12.00. Nevada men's sweater was reg $79.99 marked down to $9.99. 2 pairs of jeans reg $49.99 each marked down to $9.99 and then marked down further so I got for $5.00 each. Total was just over $36 including tax which was $193 off the reg prices.

Yes, we're allowed x4 for Price Matching. They are very stingy about geographic areas though. (Just Sobeys, RCSS, WMT, Foodland and Metro).

Needed a break from my precious little snowflakes so when hubby said he’d watch the kids, I ran, (like the wind I tell you!) and went to Walmart and RCSS. Did a tiny shop but got great prices:

    Retail value: $27.27
I Paid: $3.59 ($5.59 OOP but getting $1 back in PC Points and $1 CO51)
    87% Savings.

    Walmart

1 x Cheemo Perogies on Clearance for $1.00

    2 x Orville Redenbacher Popcorn PM’d Freshco $2.49 ($2.81) - $2 coupons = $1.62 for 2
Didn’t go crazy, there will be more, (and I suspect, even better like $1.88 or 2/$4) sales throughout the year.

    2 x Right Guard Deodorant $1.98 ($2.23) - $1.00 smartsource - $1.00 CO51 = $1.46 for 2
This is more for me even though I won’t be the one wearing it… Oh, to be a girl in a house full of boys.

    1 x Black Diamond Natural Cheese Sticks, PM’d Food4Less $1.99 - $1.50 = $0.49
Walmart’s price was $7.97! Who are these people that pay that much for sliced cheese? I will gladly visit your house to slice some cheddar into sticks if you pay me.

I forgot to get my Knorr cubes… this is the second time I did this actually. The universe just doesn’t think that I deserve cheap bouillon lol.

    RCSS

I went to RCSS because the website said that location had Uncle Ben’s on sale for $1.28 and $1.24. Unfortunately they didn’t scan at that price and my phone died before I got to the cash register so I couldn’t ask about it.

Got 1000 Free PC Points at the mobile booth for telling them who my carrier was!

Frank’s RedHot Sauce, on clearance $1.94 - $0.50 coupon, rang up at $3.54 = Free SCOP

Didn’t buy anything else so I literally got paid $1 to take the Frank’s home for free.
