Just had my shopping trip yesterday and already planning ahead for my next shop with a great deal on MORE Campbell's soup...

Websaver coupon for $0.50 off Campbell's Condensed Soup has reset AGAIN for me, so I took advantage and printed on my accounts and got 4 coupons, plan to use them like this...

    RCSS (Tuesday):
    Campbell's Soup (4): $4.68 - PM(GT; $2.68 OFF) - 10%($0.20) - $2.00(4 @ $0.50) = -$0.20/4!!!

Not much, but it's a nice little overage I can use towards something else, like maybe some Honey Bunches of Oats with this offer...

    Honey Bunches of Oats (3): $14.97 - PM(WalMart; $9.15 OFF) - 10%($0.58) - $0.20(Overage) - $4.50(Zweet) = $0.54/3

A little weary to use Zweet again as it took me forever to get to $20 and there isn't many offers on it, but willing to try again, just hope it doesn't shut down before I get back up to $20 again...

Also, got my roommate here into our wonderful world of "Extreme Couponing" when I showed him some of the examples of deals that I've been able to get like -$32/8 boxes of chicken, or 50 toothbrushes/pastes for -$3.00 he was amazed and we stayed up in the dining room talking about it for close to 2 hours. He said something along the lines of and I quote "This is something that everyone should learn, it's incredible" and hoping to start the couponing club up again and another big donation to the Community Care food bank for the end of this summer term is my big plan. Goal is $500 worth for $50 Final Cost which I think is reasonable and do able! (Last donation was $462.07 down to $19 OOP, of course with some help from a fellow Smart Canucker)

In the Sobeys (ON) flyer, posted here: Sobeys (ON) flyer May 12 - 18

(Thanks, couponlady!), there is a promotion for "buy 10 participating products shown here and earn 150 bonus Air Miles". A good deal!

However, if you read the fine print, you'll notice that the offer runs May 5 - June 1. I checked and most of the products listed in the offer are already priced as shown in the ad . . . with the notable exception of one: Cheerios are listed as $3.99 in the flyer ad but they are on sale for $2.99 May 5 - 11. So I went to Sobeys today, last day of the $2.99 sale price, and purchased:

    20 x boxes of Cheerios @ $2.99 each = $59.80

    Earned 2 x 150 = 300 bonus + 3 regular Air Miles earned = $31.90 value

    $59.80 (paid) - $31.90 (Air Miles value) = $27.90 . . . or $1.40 per box of Cheerios

The best before dates on the boxes are March 2018 and every one has a coupon printed on it for $5.00 off pure maple syrup WUB another box of Cheerios (or other cereals listed). Good thing we love Cheerios and pure maple syrup!

And then there was Fortinos, also today, where tubs of Iogo Probio Yogurt are on sale for $1.99. Already a good deal but even better when you can find tubs with those lovely pink 50% off stickers! I bought:

    12 x Iogo Probio Yogurt tubs @ $1.99 each - 12 x 50% off stickers - 12 x $1.00 coupons (found these right on the coupon zone board!) = ALL FREE!

Actually, since the 50% off sticker brought the price to $ .99 and the cashier took the full $1.00 off, I earned 12 cents on the deal! (The best before dates are 5 days from now so some to eat and some for the freezer and future smoothies.)

    Sometimes it pays . . . literally . . . to be a well-informed SmartCanuck!

Well my best deal was my free basket of Strivectin products, but when I picked that up there was a couple of shelves in the back on clearance, everything was .50 cents, nutrisse hair dye certain colours, medicated powder, condoms, and products for elderly people, which will be me in a few years!! Door knob grabbers, brush and combs with long handles, grab handles, that go on utensils, I guess if you have arthritis, or your grip isn't that great.

    nice score

Also got a pink sticker deal.
Always Radiant, reg. $3.29, 50% pink sticker price $1.65.
And the cashier wanted to know where I found it. Someone hid it at the bottom of a big box of Goody hair accessories. Guess they were coming back for it later.
    Oops.
