4L tub of No Name ice cream for DH for $.33 thanks to Save coupon.

Not a shopping deal but I received a parcel on Thursday and all the stamps were not cancelled and so after soaking and reapplying with a glue stick I will have 66 x $.32, 33 x $.37 and 33 x $.64 stamps. Total savings of $54.45 plus tax.

Careful who you tell! I'm having flashbacks of the backlash a couple years back!
Apparently it's ok to be frugal enough to use coupons, but not to re-use stamps!

Personally I wouldn't consider a $1 difference in price worth going back as you spend more in gasoline. Not sure if Shoppers would as it is a seasonal item.

Someone that I traded with many many times and all of a sudden I got a poop-storm from her because there was tape on the stamp. Got a Neutral trade-rating and had to involve a moderator to get rid of it. I would have understood if the envelopes were not received or if they came with a bill for postage.

Both of them stated that I should not be using "used" stamps (please note that obviously the stamps were not "cancelled", they were perfectly usable).

I could go on, but that's the jist of it...I have since switched to the glue stick method lol A lot less drama and no more issues!

Cheap turkey time at RCSS. Fresh ones were marked down to $0.94/lb. Got a small one for just over $8.00. I stayed away from the cheap chocolate. Don't need it, don't want it.
