Almost Free chicken drumstick at RCSS after PM and points. This morning
PM with T&T for $0.99 Lb. I had the Poultry offer so took advantage of this deal. Got 4 of the large family trays. The chicken was $14.53 after discount. I received 12400 in Points so it cost me $2.13 for the 4 trays. No freezer space so it went straight to the Food Bank.

Will redo this deal on my DH card tomorrow and donate the chicken again. Can’t pass up this awesome deal

At Metro, several tubs of Natrel Lactose Free ice cream for $1.74 each. Regular was $4.49, but was marked down by 50% off and used $.50 tearpad coupons. These purchases contributed towards my $25 purchase to earn 25 Air Miles.

Was at Metro this morning as I needed my 35% whipping cream for my Espresso, nothing else compares and the higher fat content creams have NO carbs! woo hoo.
So the sign listed the 473 ml cartons $3.49 ea. I bought 3 ( begrudgingly )
Once back home was when I noticed they ran through at $4.69 ea. Bummer

Went right back, close enough to justify the gas. The sign was checked by CS, she pointed out though the sale had ended May 30th. I never even thought to check expiry date of sign when I was buying.
No matter, they honoured 1 of them at a full refund with SCOP and charged me $3.49 a piece for the other 2.
Bottom line is I got 3 of these for just under $7.00 ( paying just $2.33 each ) for the creamiest coffee companion.
    Just an update here:
Today at Metro ( the same location ) had the same 473 ml. 35% whipping cream on for $1.99 each!
    Woo hoo for me......yep, I grabbed 4 more .

In-store clearout at Loblaws yesterday evening, approx. 18 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts that had first been marked down to $4.39 a kilo, then stickered for quick sale at another 50% off, so $1 a pound. It would have been the cherry on top if I hadn't already used both my fresh poultry offers, not that I'm complaining.

I shopped with the "p's" in mind today: points and price-matching.

    At RCSS:

    11 x Dare Bear Paws @ $1.88 each (PM'd Food Basics) = $20.68

    in-store points (4,000 for every $10.00) = 8,000 = $8.00 value
    digital points (200 for every $1.00) = 4,000 = $4.00 value

    $20.68 (paid) - $8.00 (in-store points value) - $4.00 (digital points value) = $8.68 total (or 79 cents per box)

    Again, at RCSS:

    4 x Kraft Singles 410g @ $2.50 each (PM'd Zehrs) = $10.00
    plus
    5 x Kraft Salad Dressing 475mL @ $2.00 each (PM'd Walmart) = $10.00
    for a total of $20.00

    in-store points (10,000 for every $20.00) = 10,000 = $10.00 value

$20.00 (paid) - $10.00 (in-store points value) = $10.00 total (works out to $1.25 per Kraft Singles and $1.00 per Kraft Dressing)

RCSS, again, where the 29g Tic Tacs mints (variety of flavours) and 29g Tic Tacs gum (variety of flavours) are all on sale for $1.00 (regular $1.78):

    16 x Tic Tacs 29g @ $1.00 each = $16.00 (plus tax)

    in-store points (3,000 for every $8.00) = 6,000 = $6.00 value
    digital points (200 for every $1.00) = 3,000 = $3.20 value

$16.00 (paid) - $6.00 (in-store points value) - $3.20 (digital points value) = $6.80 total (or 43 cents per package of Tic Tacs)

    And one last RCSS post:

    4 x Old El Paso Stand 'n Stuff Taco Dinner Kits @ $2.88 each (PM'd Food Basics) = $11.52
    in-store points (3,000 for every $10.00) = 3,000 = $3.00 value
    $11.52 (paid) - $3.00 (in-store points value) = $8.52 total (or $2.13 per dinner kit)

And a couple of just plain old good deals:

Gold Fish Crackers on sale @ $1.68 with an in-store points offer of 500, works out to $1.18 per package - I stocked up on the 6 individual bags per package for summer outings

Tim Horton's Coffee 300g bag on sale @ $5.98 - there is currently a tear-pad coupon that gives you a FREE Tim Horton's 340mL bottle of Iced Coffee or Iced Capp when you purchase any T. H. at home product (these are normally $2.98 each) - I'm stocked up on ground coffee and bottled iced coffees for a summer treat!

Make sure you redeem your receipt on checkout 51! They still have the aero offer.
