It's been several years since my kids were babies, but Similac sent me an envelope recently with five $10 cheques, one $15 cheque, a $20 & $10 coupon.

Not much stock after the holidays, but picked up two small cases of Similac Alimentum for $8.99 each at Shoppers. Used two $10 cheques, along with 20x offer. So, earned over $7 for buying these, will donate once I am able to use the rest of the cheques/coupons.

Also found four boxes of Cepacol 16ct lozenges at $4.89 each with $5 manager coupons-->Free!
(They expire at end of the month, but I imagine they will still do the trick later in the year) + bonus 3000pts per 2, in store offer

Went to Giant Tiger today and picked up a few of their deals this week including the 1.99 Shopsys hotdogs. They were going quick at my location

    No Frills
Price matched 4 cantaloupes from Food Basics at $0.99 each. Paid $3.96 and got 4000 points.

The ones at my local store were pretty good, not soft, rotting or very small.
Stats: Diameter ~5.5 inches. Weight: Low 1.37 kg (3.02 lb), High 1.49 kg (3.29 lb), Average 1.42kg (3.13 lb)

Unfortunately the No Frills near me will not pm Food Basics but i did pick up 4 iceberg lettuce for about 2.00 each and received the 4000 points so about 1.00 each.
The Food Basics here was out for the .99 a lb chicken leg quarters but was able to get a rain check for 6 packs of them.

Loblaws was discounting their Christmas specialty foods and I picked up several jars of a premium chocolate/peppermint sauce, Holiday Jam, Plum Jam, and Peppermint Hot Chocolate for 1.94. I had not seen any of these products in the aisles before. Of course I tried them all right away and decided I should head back for more jars for the family and to my disappointment, the shelves were cleared! Then I saw the buggy....they had been taken from the shelf and marked down further to .94. Score! Best before spring 2023. In the buggy there was also Spiced Cranberry Sauce and Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. I should have bought them all, but I did get away with a good stash of at least 20 jars/containers of this and that. And oh yes, more of that Chocolate Sauce which is so thick you have to microwave it to put on top of your ice-cream. Name brand Stonewall Kitchen--I would say it is good enough to pay full price if you ever see it on the shelf, but suspect it is just a seasonal thing at certain stores. But if you see it in a discount buggy......

@cath007 , breakfast cereal prices are forecast to increase significantly early in 2022 so you're wise to stock up on cereal when you see a good deal!

I see my favourite wholesale produce market has 25 lb boxes of gala apples for $10.00-so hoping I can score some tomorrow to share with others.
