Yeah, I was really amazed when they said they would be able to work this out. I was expecting just something small, not a $2,000 budget and the time to purchase for them. So, it looks like I will be doing more and more of this (As funding allows). I am pretty sure at my other work (RCSS) too, there is an entire skid of cereal that we don't sell anymore (Out of line), so I have to talk to my store manager and see If I can purchase the entire thing from them.
So I am really hoping I can make this all work out, show them everything that I can do, and keep doing it!

Kind of surprised Loblaws has so much meat on sale this week, so I used a PC express code for 20,000pt when you spend $75 or more to stock up.
Got:
- two large eye of round roast beefs
-two packs of chicken wings
-two packs of bone-in chicken breasts
-two 2pk pork tenderloin
-two bags of milk
-bag of 10lb potatoes
Everything except the milk was on sale.

Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus at NF, $3.99 , earned 2,500 points. I still have other tubs of hummus in the fridge so I only bought one of the Sabra.
Also PM'd from FB, 2 packages of Brandt sliced meat ( the Kielbasa loaf ) for just .99 each.
I've REALLY started to see the increases in almost all areas of food now, fresh, canned, frozen, even junky stuff....all ticked up in price.Last edited by walkonby; Thu, Sep 15th, 2022 at 12:25 PM.

That is likely my plan, wherever it allows, use any extra to get even more for the food bank cause they could use any help they could get. Like those 60 boxes of cereal I got, we had them out for Thursday to hand out, and went through them all. They know that even with that $2,000, it will get a fair bit, but it will NOT last very long. So wherever I can stretch a little further with overage, I definitely will be!

A brag I passed a bunch of fpcs
(Snuggle x2 but the value as exceed the coupon per 2,00$ grr)
(Purex)
(Dial)
Got 2 be)
Persil( I think the bottle at maxi have 2 time the size and for 1,00$ plus would be more advantgeous but I noticed after)
at SDM -Pharmaprix...unbrag they charged me the taxes and did not enter full value of the coupons plus I cannot get my 20 000 or 10 000 points because of the manner they did the receipt...grrrr... I am so upset and deceived at the same time...EDIT: contacted pc they given me with hazzle the 10 000 pc points...but that make my products free but no profit...like I tought...that is ok..but still......upset..Last edited by cath007; Fri, Sep 16th, 2022 at 02:55 PM.
