I'm fed up with them.
They haven't sent me any of my coupons in a couple months. If there's a great coupon or fpc on FB or something, I might nab one, but if it is sent through 'save' I will never see the coupon in my mail box.
A few months ago when I told them of the problem, they sent me a slightly condescending email that failed to tell me why I wasn't getting my coupons, but basically said that they would send me some in good faith. Like I'm scamming them? They have my account info, they have the records of my coupon orders. No scam here!
One thick envelope of great coupons arrived . . . and nothing since. Same old problem. No response from them, I guess, because they think I'm just trying to scam another great bunch of coupons by complaining? Look, all I want is the coupons I legitimately ordered, all I want is the great deals I spent so much time online waiting for!
They don't even have the decency to say 'we think you're a scammer' or 'we screwed up and we're sorry.' So I'm done with them. And I won't even miss the coupons since they never send mine anyway! I HATE that company!!

I had a problem getting my Kelloggs syb promo Fpc from them.. I contacted kelloggs and they sent me one. Recently I did more syb pins but they didn't go to save, thankfully.. I guess we have to complain to the companies, instead of save.

There is another thread with the same rant reguarding Save.ca. Many of us have had the same issue, not getting coupons for whatever reasons.
In my situation, I found my issue was resolved much quicker through facebook than email. I just wrote on their wall, that I sent a pm to stating that I have a situation that needs to be resolved. I suggest you go that route. Send a pm as there really is no need to rant on their page, then send them a message on their wall stating you sent them a private message..worked for me and I received a back log of of coupons that I had ordered from way back. No need to give up yet

i hate them too, not just for mailed coupons but their print at home coupon system too, it can even work out at the first try! may be the third or fourth will finally allow one coupon pop out of the printer. its really time wasting.
