what is the cheapest TV cable service I can get in Markham!

I cancelled Rogers Cable for almost two years now, and I need cable back since my daughter is turning two soon and she is trying to learn from watching kids shows. we are not a big TV fan here,but just need the basic channels, with one or two kids channels. Before I was paying Rogers $80 per month for the full package, which didn't really put into use back at the time before my daughter was born. any one can suggest some cheaper alternative other than Rogers.

I agree with the above poster. I have no cable, I use Netflix and pretty much just watch youtube videos and Vimeo films. I rarely watch TV, so no point spending $88 a month for that.

... Internet! Haven't had cable in almost 5 years. Hooked up the computer to the TV and stream any show/movie I want.

You have Apple TV? I got one. I love it. The only thing I do not like, is because of my job, I have so much security on my internet that some streaming is rather slow. Otherwise, screw cable, I like cat videos better!

Notsure if this was for me or OP, but no I don't have apple TV- just regular old internet and a list of websites in my favourites bar.

i don't have apple tv here, I have heard about it before thou, but never looked into it myself. my dad suggest me to get satellite, but there is a one time fee or something, anyone here has satellite set up at home?
