There are some pretty decent deals this week on pantry items. Lots of $1, $2 and $3 deals. I'm planning on going to Sobeys to buy the Aylmer tomatoes to make my own pasta sauce to can and to freeze. The tomatoes are on sale at a lot of places this week but shopping at Sobeys will get me both my Club Sobeys points and double the cash back when I use my credit card.

Our Sobey's is Thrifty foods. Although they often have nice sales - I am pretty sure they don't offer all the neat deals I have seen at Sobeys in the other provinces
