10X points on redemption ?

I was going to redeem today. There is 10X points on Kicking Horse, do you still get them with a redemption?

No, you don't get "x" points when you redeem. If it were a bonus of 1000 bp, or 500 bp, etc, you would get those

When you redeem you get 0 base points so 10x 0 = 0. If there are bonus points, ie 1,000 on an item you get those with redemption but never the x's the points.

I received 370 regular points
8040 bonus points......
the only thing that I can finger is the 8 Bags of Kicking Horse coffee at 11.99??
would ten times the points on the Kicking Horse be the bonus points??
or was there a different offer?

At $11.99
- 110 points per bag
- x8 = 880 points for 8 bags
- 880 x 10 = 8,800

So your points did not come from the bags.

I just checked my account for the kickback points and saw that I also received product bonus points on the transaction. The points work out to be 9X per bag of Kicking Horse. So I did not receive the base points (1X), but did receive the bonus points (9X).

Your 8 bags would account for 7920 of those 8040 bonus points.

Makes sense, since 370 base points also means that $37 over redemption was spent.
