I have been a member of Shoppers for about 3 months so far, and have not yet received any personalized coupons. Are they supposed to send some each month, each week, or just randomly when they feel like it? Just want to know before I email them looking for deals. lol
They don't seem to send them to all users, have you logged in and checked that the box for sending you offers is checked?

Yes, logging in and updating your profile seems to be what triggers the start of the emails. For me, it took about two weeks after I did that to start getting the emails. The emails come every Friday afternoon.
... I did have the box checked, and I did complete the update offer, but the only emails I get are about the upcoming events. Which I don't mind, but who doesn't want more? hahah Maybe tomorrow? My first redemption is coming this Tuesday or Wednesday, and I'd love to have some extra offers to throw in the mix. :)

I think something is going on with them. 2 weeks ago i got my VERY late. Then last week I didnt get them at all! Yet hubby who uses his card way less than i do, gets them no prob!
That happened to me my Mum got the coupons who hardly spent a cent there got the emails first.Actually I quit getting all Shoppers emails in March had to change my email address just to get Shoppers emails even updating didn't help.Quote:

I received 600 BP when I buy milk. Pepsi $3.33 a case. 1200 bonus points on Friskies cat food (bag) and 20X points WUS $50 I will probably use all of these except $3.33 pop. Cheaper at Metro :)
This week I got some interesting coupons - 6,000BP WUS $20 on candy/snacks, 1.25 off WUB Old Spice "High End" Body Wash, 2,000BP WUS $5 on Campbell's Soup, 1.99 Lean Cuisine.
!My husband, who never shops at Shoppers gets the emails, but not me. Some of them are fantastic. He just got get 16000 wus 60$. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
