I won't get into any nitty gritty details but I need a good HEAVY overnight pad for my whole 10 day cycle. I was actually considering a hysterectomy until recently because heavy periods have kept me housebound some days. It can be a burden to say the least and I am quite anemic. I guess I am a good candidate to test heavy flow pads!
I tried Always Infinity for the first time two months ago and I have to say they are worth every penny on top of cheaper overnight pads. I feel just a little more normal because I can actually sleep through at least half of the night without having to make a change and I waste less during the day as well. They are very absorbent and they are less likely to bunch up and feel uncomfortable. Infinity is the only brand I am going to buy from now on! Now if they could just make a pad that is as absorbent as Infinity, but flushable, that would be amazingThis thread is currently associated with: Guess

If you haven't heard about menstrual cups, you should try them out, they are comfortable and you can use a pad as back up for any leaks, but you could probably sleep through the whole night with a cup and pad.
Of course this is not for postpartum.

Menstrual cup - foreign objects up the whazoo, which are messy afterwards.
ANYWAYS
I like it A lot. It feels like i've turned my favorite sweatshirt into a pad, without actually doing that. I'm stuck between this and U by Kotex for linersPreviously CanadianBella... I'm baaack!

I love my Diva cup and it's more comfortable than any tampon and less leakage too plus it's not absorbant so good for low flow too. It's also great for the environment.
I tried the infinity pad when i got a free sample. I'm sure it's great for some but I'm a very small person and i found them too wide and not form fitting. My crotch isn't wide enough for these pads, nor the yellow packaged always. If it came in a different size, maybe but with it being less pliable and longer than I'm used to, well, I don't like to look like I'm wearing a pad... I think shape and size of body matters when it comes to pads fitting right and this isn't the pad for me but I could see how if i was an averaged-sized adult, it might fit.

I love these too! They're a little expensive, but I've been getting a ton of free ones, lol. They absorb really well, and feel dry even overnight!
