    Yesterday, my boyfriend and I went to Target to participate in their clearance deals. On the way in, we were offered a coupon booklet for their grocery items (Ajax location).
    We noticed it had a $1 off Dempsters buns and I happened to have a $0.75 tearpad coupon with me too.
    Woohoo! I can try stacking for the first time :D

    We both had the same order, and paid separately (different orders).

    I cashed through first. Accepted and perfect!
    I have an iPhone and scanned my receipt right away to CO51.

    My boyfriend cashed out right after me. His worked as well.
    He has an android and scanned his receipt after he was done.

    Shortly there after, his receipt got accepted.
    The whole day passed and I didn't get a 'your receipt has been processed' e-mail.

    This morning I woke up. It was refused. Said someone else scanned in the receipt.

    Wrong.

    I looked at his receipt and compared it to mine. We cashed out the exact same time. At the same location and with the same cashier. The only difference is the UPC and how we paid. I had exact cash. He needed change.

    Why would mine be refused?!

    I tried scanning it in again today. It has been a few hours and it hasn't been approved, yet.

    I thought this was very weird. And wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else with CO51?!

    YES, IT HAPPENED TO BE ME ONCE TOO! iTHAD ALWAYS THOUGHT THE RECEIPTS WERE READ BY MACHINES, NOT HUMAN. ANOTHER THING i NOTICE THAT WILL MAKE MY ASSUMPTION SEEM MORE TRUE, IS...THERE WAS ONE TIME I CREATED A ERROR TICKET, i GOT AN EMAIL BACK SAYING, THEY HAVE WENT IN TO THEIR SYSTEM AND OVERRIDE IT. LOL.....OVERRIDE IS WORD USED MOSTLY FOR COMPUTERIZED SYSTEMS. CAN YOU OVERRIDE A PERSON??

    I resubmitted it today.
    Waited.
    Then got an email saying it was refused.
    A second later, an email saying it was accepted.

    I'll take it!

    i wouldn't be surprised if it is computerized but there is manual human checks regularly

    I agree - I love the app. I just thought it was a little weird that it was denied in the first place.
    I have cashed out two cheques and we have just added another account to our iPad. I love CO51

    I have an account and my daughter has an account on a different device. We each bought one of the same item and it only let me upload mine and would not her upload hers since it was on the same receipt. Ugh....

    I think it is a program that does it and looks at the timestamps. I guess if it happens again you can always complain on their FB page?

    It will have to be different receipts. When I do it for us, I divide the items to quadrants in the cart. Takes a bit more time to go through checkout but I know the items will be processed then in different accounts.

    i don't have a bad sorry to tell about c/o 51...i have a good one...earlier this month i had to email them because one of their deals was for dempters buns and where i live we dont have them so they made a substitution for me...i had a great experience with them...

    So far I have nothing to complain. They have been pretty good. I submitted 1 receipt from Walmart last night and didn't know if it would be accepted because the cashier charged me for 2 Advils when I only purchased 1 and then customer service crossed a lot of the items on the receipt but it was processed without a problem.
