Was just viewing the rebate form and found it to be a bit contradictory. Did anyone else read it and notice?... The top reads Buy any 3 quaker chewy/ or dips bars and get the 18 pack of chips free! On line #1 it reads..... purchase 3 boxes of quaker chewy/ dipps ...AND.. 1 -18 count frito lay multipack .. Just a bit confusing don't you think. First it says to buy just the 3 boxes of bars to get the FPC for chips , then it says buy the 3 boxes of bars and a box of chips to get an FPC for a free box of chips. Hope that everyone who plans on participating in this promotion contacts PepsiCo to get the proper instructions. Would hate for all to go out and purchase 3 quaker products only to find out that you were required to purchase a box of the chips as well. PLEASE POST ANY additional information you may find.


This a rebate form to get your money back for the price of the chips! You do need to make a purchase of an 18 count box of chips as well. This is how I read it. Very sneaky on the companies part.. Always read the small print. The large print is not the case here.

Good catch. Yes, the large print and the fine print seem to contradict one another. Big oopsy on the company's part.

Wait a sec... (now that my second cup of coffee has kicked in)...

Maybe it does make sense, although they could have worded it better. Yes, you have to buy the bars AND the chips multipack up front. THEN you get a rebate (of some form) for the chips multipack. So, in the end you have bought the bars and gotten the chips for free.

A REBATE is when you get something back for a purchase already made and paid for. I guess they'll be sending cheques for the actual price you paid, up to $8.99. Not FPCs.

I also found rebates for New Quaker Harvest Crunch Quinoa Chocolate Nut Medley Granola Bars (175 g) Purchase must be made between June 3 and Sept 30, 2013 and rebates have to be post marked by October 31, 2013. I also found these at Sobeys.
