Love it!
If you get a good instructor, then they don't care if you're an expert. They just want you to move - the moves will come.
It's good because you work your muscles, your heart and your brain/coordination moving to the music.
I sleep better after Zumba class.
My brain works better too - I'm more coordinated.

If you have XBox, PS3 or Wii, each has a version of Zumba, you can buy at Amazon/Future Shop/Best Buy.
The DVD of Zumba can be bought from the states, but it's expensive - makes the 9 dollars per class worth it.

I tried it on the wii and didn't like it...its not the idea but the execution..i figured out i need a human being to watch and not some animation - luckily for me, i bought the zumba thing from costco and they took it back with no problems.
They have classes locally here too but i'm too chicken to give it a go cos i am not well co-ordinated,lol

It is fabulous - like a mix of African dance, belly dancing, salsa, and others. Keep it mind that EVERYONE looks foolish, but it is about having fun and from what I remember was full of laughter and smiles. Also, the more often you go the easier the routines start to become to know what you are doing.
... I'm earning $5-25 Amazon.ca gift cards EVERY month, are you?
P.S. ... starting to hunt for ShoppingChannel GC's with no minimum purchase ...
