OT - SmartSource coupons prints

Today i tried printing the $3.00 off Dove Coupon from Facebook and it printed with only a picture of the item, the amount to be saved $3.00 and a bar code. No coupon details, expiry date, manufacturer coupon printed on it. Has anyone else noticed this as well?
This same thing happened to me last week when i printed SmartSource coupons for Heinz baby products and took it to SDM just to find out if i can use it the way it was and the cashier said i couldn't use it. i've added a picture of the coupon as well.

Are all of your ink cartridges full? That happens to me when my black is empty but my colour cartridges are full or half full.

these looks like your printer is outta ink or you have set the printer at low quality prints.

Hahahahaha, yes! My black is almost out and my colour cartridge is full. I'll change the black and try to reprint them. Thanks for the tip!!!

......and this is why I love this site!!!!! all the info I need in one place :-)

You are not going to be able to reprint them on the same computer. It is only 2 prints per computer, and if you don't have enough ink, you are out of luck.

That's weird, I tried printing the same coupon but only the black rectangle border appeared for me. I just bought a new laser printer lol, the second time printing it worked though!
