I haven't a car so I only go once in a while with someone, so I stock up on supplements, plastic gloves, eye drops and frozen fruit and veggies.

I find the meat is not cheaper than the sale at the grocery store. What little meat I buy, I get pasture raised usually so I can't taste the barn. I buy so little of it anyway, being mostly vegetarian for cost and health.

We don't have a car either. So if you ever are in Bayers Lake and see a tall gal with a backpack and a giant Costco bag overflowing with stuff waiting at the bus stop on Chain Lake Drive, it's probably me!
