Since last 2 days, Snapsaves has been unable to upload my receipt. So much hate this app now... am sitting at $17 and would just like to get my rebate after $20 spend and remove app from my phone. Such a pain... I can live with CO51 for the rebates I am looking for. :(
Is there any way to upload receipt online and not thru phone in such situations?
I was trying online and yup same problem, can't upload receipt.
This program is STILL having problems? Never signed up. Has anyone had a good experience?

If it doesn't say a limit per item can you buy a few of one item (example 3 packs of toilet paper) and redeem the offer 3 times?

I hate snapsaves app.....this week I bought all 3 toys on their list to get approved for $10 cashback....It turned out that they limit only 1 toy per person.Unlike checkout 51 where we can use use all offers.....
For the most part, I think it is one per item. For all but one of the items I have redeemed, it has updated as "used" afterwards. However, with the current toilet paper deal, I redeemed it and it doesn't show "used". I have been debating for a few days if I should claim the same item again (i.e. buy another pack), but I haven't tried it so I don't know for sure if they would allow it.Quote:

The terms are a bit misleading - for example under each offer, they have their own terms - last week I tried submitting a receipt for Peek Freans cookies, I knew it was a long shot because the cookies had been purchased the week prior. However, there was no date restrictions on the offer fine print, so I submitted it anyways, and they rejected it.
The offers aren't very good - I can't seem to find anything I need in the offers, or they are gone too quick for me to use.
Hopefully with some new competition (cartsmart) they will get better.
they had a lot of high value offers recently but it's supposedly targeted towards specific members. i never get them! beginning to feel like it's a sham just to lure users in.
i had to email them about a missing cashback and they replied back completely ignoring what i was saying. i'm just gonna forgo that dollar just to avoid getting back a stupid response. sigh~
Happy to say I've got my first $20 rebate cheque from Snapsaves. I like that some offers seem to stay on the list for weeks so I can take advantage of them once a week. Not as many offers as C51 but that is probably because it is newer. I'm staying with it as another source of coupons.
I don't actually mind this app..no more confusing than the Cartsmart app..was able to redeem for two cheques so far.
To be fair, I have not redeemed any offers from any of the apps for about two weeks (Christmas/New Year/new budget)
I'm wondering if they have done this because of a concern that people may use it the wrong way/take advantage of the app when it comes to the toys.Quote:

Noticed one of the items says limit of 3 per customer. Does this mean I can go back and buy 2 more? Or do all 3 have to be on one receipt? Thanks for the help!
I was wondering why I used the $1 back when you spend $x, but it has stayed as "used" for weeks. Will it ever refresh so that I can use that thing again?
