    I can't tell if a bonus $1 was added because I don't remember my balance before. Did you get an email confirmation that you got the bonus?

    So i resubmitted my receipt with a note stating that i bought 5 and was not correctly credited. Now they habe credited the account $5 when thry have already gave me $1 and then 2 the account dhpuld be at 9 unless they gave me credit for yhebonud but thereis still $1 over credited. Ph boy what a mess
    I think the best thing to do is one per receilt and upload seperately to avoid any confusion.

    Yeah, that's what I did today. 3 x Royal Tiger paper towel receipts. A bit of a pain doing 3 separate transactions, each with their own coupon, but I'd rather take the extra time at the till then have to email SnapSaves later. They were all approved without any issues.

    I received this email today from Snapsaves.

    Do I need 3 accounts or can I run all off the 1 account...
    Also dealing with dif operating systems (ie Mac) so need a little guidance here! lol

    You can use the same account on every device, just sign in with same email address I use the same account on my phone and iPad
