Welland Ave in St. Catharines. I went to the one on 4th Ave and they were 2.97 there (and scanned as such), but the ones on Welland Ave were $1.97 (in the baby aisle, not the hygiene aisle).

I used 4 and 5 in the same transactions at Target in 2 shopping trips. They just reduced the coupon to price of the prod... but no issues otherwise. Good Luck! Also, coupon says one per purchase so u should be ok.

Rcss has them also (at least the one I shop at) for $1.87 the manager just put in a special order for me! :) I get to stock up without clearing the shelves!! :) hope everyone can find them before the $2 off coupons expire on the 31st!
