Did something unusual today!!!!! Broke my routine.

Had naturegg liquid whites with old El Paso chillies, shredded cheese sriracha and a piece of veggie bread. Mmm. Lol.

2 Ancient grain toast (yum) with PB and a sprinkle of sugar. And of course a massive latté.

I really need to up my fruit intake as its not been what it used to be with this pregnancy..

My son challenged me to go without grains or sugar for a little while so that means no coffee for me, ack!!!

coffee mate no sugar whitener, in the fridge section of the store is lactose free, sugar free, no carbs, and will allow you to have that much needed cup of coffee
