lunch meat, tomato, and lettuce on toast.
Bacon and eggs, toast and coffee.
Just toast and tea this morning.
Carrot muffin, OJ and coffee.

cereal with rhubarb and strawberry sauce. sounds horrible but it was good
coffee, yogurt and cantelope (all brought from home) I'm on a good roll!
Tea biscuit and tea
a slice of toast, fresh fruit and coffee.
Coffee and a bagel at Tim's.
