Good Morning members of the Smart Canucks crew,
It's Loocie here with a breakfast avec a twist for you,
Mechman & I are the only ones here,
Don't worry it's not scrambled eggs & beer,
It isn't shreddies, corn flakes, rice krispies or toast,
It isn't cheerios, apple jacks or honey comb that was once made by Post,
A quick top up to start your day; though void of nutrition,
I just wonder if this breakfast will affect our cognition,
The best thing about this breakfast is there are no messy dishes to wash,
& you can have your brekkie in a dixie cup even though that isn't posh,
Have a happy day my friends & take it for what it is,
Just remember to blend the love with som

I made Oatmeal pancakes for our visiting 3 year old triplet boys. They ate plenty!
a very unexpected and lovely surprise! DH and I are on opposite wake/sleep patterns so geesh! This a.m. saw me sleeping in past the time I was to drive DD into work!! ( oh the horror! ) I dashed out of bed calling her name, she was just on the way out the door with Dad saying he had this. ( he woke her up and just let me sleep ) When they left I fell right back asleep and was awoken again at 9:00 by him with a coffee and a small plate of fresh raspberries, sliced cantaloupe and a blueberry muffin! I asked him if this was the Continental breakfast that was being served today....ha ha
The Jays better win today, I want this happy mood to continue!!
