For me, back to black beans, mushrooms and onions with two poached eggs. I find I eat less on weekends rather than when I'm working, I get up around 7 but didn't have breakfast until about 10, and by lunch wasn't hungry. We went to the gym, I had a bit of chicken salad (like a couple spoonfuls) when we got home around 2-ish. Just now feeling a bit hungry again, and it's nearly 4.

I am currently eating what's left of my Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard from DQ. Dh picked it up for me yesterday with my BOGO coupon and gift card. I still have a whole medium blizzard in the fridge freezer. :) They say that if you are going to have high calorie foods it is best not to eat them late in the day.
