Well, everything up above sounds delicious. My doctor has put me on a Carb diet. Only allowed to have meat & Veggies. I said to him, as a diabetic, I thought I was supposed to eat carbs, and he says, there're carbs in veggies. Tells me it's the fastest and easiest way to drop the 50 extra pounds I put on. Enjoy your muffins and toast, I miss them BIG time...

yes RNC, the Dr. is right and welcome to our world! ( DH and mine ) Your Dr. is likely steering you to choose complex carbs ( those that digest slowly and provide fibre and nutrients ) over simple carbs which digest very fast ( turn to sugar fast ) and have us spiking and crashing all day.
It takes some discipline but once you move away from consuming the bready deliciousness of all things bagel, donut, kaiser related, well you will see results very fast and wonder why you ate them in the first place.

Leftover flatbread

it was brunch again today, too much going on to eat bkfst at the right time. Enjoyed the last bowl of my Survival Soup ( low SP on WW ), and blintzes around 10:00 ( Used sliced bananas as my fruit topping ) Then after making up 2 big pitchers of Mean Green juice I could not resist having a glass.
The Prime Rib roast was just coming out of the oven so, well I HAD to test some bits for wellness.
Then once my homemade Spring roll wrapper inventions ( filled with Quiche like mixture ) were baked and cooled I had one of those too.
Lets just say It has been a " grazing " sort of Sunday so far.
