This morning's breakfast was just 1/2 toasted bagel with a glass of milk.

On Sunday I really wanted to have a family breakfast. ( often difficult with everyone on a different shift/schedule).
DS and I were the only ones up but he said he's wait for the others to wake. So we banged enough pots and pans to get their attention and eventually bleary eyed DD and DH came down.
We did the poached eggs in the large pan with the insert that holds the metal cups, does 6 eggs at a time. Served on dark rye toast. Cut up 5 fresh mangoes. Cooked up the leftover potatoes with caramelized onions, and had roasted red/green peppers, zucchini and whole tomatoes done with EVOO. With a large pot of tea and some conversation I was fulfilled.
