4 oz. homemade beef burger (no bun) and an 85 gram can of flavoured tuna ( peanut satay ) on GF crackers. My body seemed to be craving protein.

I must have a form of ADD because I started out Googling recipes to try to make a better cheesecake ( GF, no sugar, lowest fat possible ), but after 15 min. or so I dash into the kitchen and stir these things into a bowl.
3/4 c. 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
4 drops of stevia,
7 grams cacao nibs
2 oz. diced mango
vanilla extract
cinnamon
1/4 c. cooked quinoa
This was my breakfast and it was super yummy....in a sort of rice pudding-ish way.
Good grief! how did I get from the You tube cheesecake videos to that?
