    We went to another fireman`s breakfast this morning. They had eggs over easy and scrambled, ham, sausage, hash brown patties. toast, sliced tomatoes, fruit cups, orange juice and coffee. It was so good.

    My usual bowl of steel cut oats with some tbs of rolled oats sprinkled with a tbs of sunflower seeds and another of hemp seeds topped off with a tsp of semi sweet chocolate chips and sliced banana

    breakfast was delayed until the service technician arrived and then replaced my programmable thermostat ( free of charge!!).
    By 11:30 a.m. I am thinking it is more lunchtime now anyway. Made a plate with tomato wedges, 3 ribs of celery spread with 46 grams of hummus ( the end of that small tub!), 1/2 c. GF pasta with a single 2 oz. meatball and 1 tblsp fresh shredded Parmesan.
    Four strawberries sliced in half, spread a small bit of DH's homemade cheesecake filling onto each, drizzled a wee bit of delicious pureed mango topping he made.
    Truly delicious!

    around 10:00 a.m. I felt the need for a sweet breakfast and had 1 1/2 homemade GF pancake with 1 Tbsp Pure Maple syrup, 6 GF crackers spread with 3 Tbsp DH's homemade cheesecake filling, each topped with mango puree. That fixed it. Then for more protein I had 2 ounces of stewing beef with a smidgen of spinach and snow peas along with a slab of English cucumber spread with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter.
