Today was a smoothie (strawberries, almond milk and protein powder)
Hard boiled egg and a bun.
2 eggs, rye toast with marmalade and yogurt.
IOGO Drinkable yogurt blackberry blueberry and than for a mid morning snack one of the new Quaker Quinoa.
We made omelet muffins and fruit & veggie smoothies (banana, strawberry, blueberry, peach, carrot, spinach, and hemp hearts).

I made an omelet with half a toasted bagel and a glass of milk.
omelet: 2 large eggs, milk, onion powder (out of green onion), frozen spinach, roasted ham, marble cheese
scrambled eggs and toast/fruit spread
Ham on toast - really awesome bakery bread from Sobey's, multigrain, lots of bits to chew on!
2 eggs, cinnamon raisin toast with maple butter, banana and yogurt.
Oatmeal pancakes. More filling and hopefully healthier than the regular ones.
Was in a rush this AM so stopped at the Tim Horton's beside work - egg white breakfast sandwich on a english muffin with bacon, small ice cap.
