Mmmmm, nom, nom, nom.
Had 2 slices of the fresh from the oven cauliflower pizza, froze the remaining slices.
While it was baking though I made up a new batch of oatmeal/cottage cheese blintzes.
Had 2 of them topped with Greek yogurt and fresh raspberries, froze the remaining blintzes.
A bit annoyed with myself for not getting up early enough to get the cheapest hydro rate.
Oh well, some days the sleeping in is better!
