Congrats on the weight loss. But why are poached eggs a reward food, do you not normally eat eggs? I too am working on weight loss using My Fitness Pal (12 pounds gone so far, just need to do that another five or six times and I'm there!). I eat some forms of eggs nearly every day for breakfast, I find they hold me over for a long time.
This morning was poached eggs on waffled toast (bread browned up on my waffle iron with a spritz of olive oil). Those little pockets work great to catch the yolk running out! :)
Yogurt and granola with coffee.

A blueberry muffin and a banana. :)
Cheese scone with jam and hot chocolate.
