What's on your breakfast plate today?

a small plate of last night's dinner ( leftovers ) , let's call this brunch.

Since price matching 3 dozen eggs this week it's weird I have not had any egg cravings? Breakfast should be eggs, but I will wait until my hunger really kicks in a bit more. Coffee it is for now. A Tassimo brew of Americano.

Coffee and a piece of toast with natural crunchy peanut butter

Poached egg on homemade bread toasted, with of a half of a BLT. Crunchy buttery toast! Mmmm

Used my sandwich machine ( makes a sammy similar to the Mc'D's McMuffins ) but since I had no English muffins, I cut out circles from bread and instead of bacon or ham I laid thin slices of oven roasted turkey in there. Havarti cheese was melted between...oh my! so yummy with a coffee.

I've been making the same smoothie for a while now: banana, frozen pineapple, frozen mixed berries, spinach, soy milk, water, chia seeds, and alma powder! Had that with peanut butter toast.

Because of the hour I will call this brunch. A yummy bowl filled with some leftover turkey breast, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy.
