lol!! I forgot all about that damn turkey ingredient ! Yep, tryptophan! that was it, plus the extra carbs I ate didn't help.

Day 3....yawn. 1 mini Lavash pita filled with 30 grams ricotta cheese. 4 Tblsp plain Greek 0% fat yogurt with 70 g assorted diced fruit, cinnamon and vanilla extract added too),
carrot sticks and a black coffee. I almost dozed off eating.....ha ha ha
I ask you...is it art or food? Almost too pretty for me to eat my breakfast....but I did.
Pretty pleased with the calculations....407 calories! That will hold me a while.

I've discovered that placing something a little moist on my Ryvita crackers and allowing them to rest for about 5 minutes makes them less likely to crack one of my teeth! lol.
I DO love crunchy foods, but these Ryvita's are something else! They are tasty enough, but a bit more " healthy tasting " like they have something to prove! This morning I spread some of my " doctored up " Greek yogurt over them and topped that with kiwi and mango bits.
I add stevia, vanilla extract and cinnamon to my Greek yogurt.
Also decided not to waste the leftover cartons of 18% and 10% cream that I had purchased for guests for coffee at Easter. I just add 2 tblsp over the course of each day to 2 small brews, THAT cannot possibly affect my weight loss plan. When they are all gone I will return to drinking it black.
my breakfast plates may seem a little bit like rinse and repeat but as long as they are exciting, colourful, nutritionally sound and assist with my weight loss they will stay.
Today it was 1.5 Ryvita cracker with Swiss cheese melted on them, wilted spinach leaves over that, topped with ricotta cheese, black olives and sauteed mushrooms!
Then a mini Lavash pita with 1 hard boiled egg split in half with a slight spread of mayo into each pocket. Large mug of Keurig with cream and 1/4 c Greek yogurt with berries.
