Ricotta cheese with S & P and diced kiwi and mango mixed in, with a 1/2 c. of " crunchies " on the side.
These taste just like the crispy fried onions that restaurants put on top of steaks. Last night I peeled, shredded
and deep fried all 7 large parsnips that were in the $2.00 reduced produce bag from Metro. Score and yummo!
The guys topped their burgers with them too last night.

Caesar salad, I ate a huge one around 7:30 a.m. Explanation: There was 1 head of romaine hiding in the crisper from a week and a half ago, and another 3 pack on the bottom and at the very back of the fridge. When I went shopping on Friday I panicked and bought a 3 pack thinking we had no Romaine and with closures around the Canada Day holiday, whatever. So yesterday while clearing the fridge for the Saturday BBQ fare I found these 7 heads. They are all now trimmed, chopped, washed and spun dry and filled up an extra large ziploc bag.
The guys are having a Caesar salad today whether they want to or not....lol.

Usual. Big bowl or raw oats, chia seeds, hemp hearts, strawberries and a few mini dark chocolate chips and some crushed almonds with plant milk.
