Went to a St. Patrick's celebration at a church today. We enjoyed sandwiches, tea, and home baking while being entertained by traditional Irish dancers. It was fun.

Leftovers from the amazing date night dinner my sweetheart made me.
Chicken breast stuffed and baked with stuff and goat cheese, topped with a homemade roasted red pepper sauce, red potato sliced and baked with olive oil and garlic. Fresh veggies sautéed (asparagus, grape tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, red onion) Taste even better today!

DH and I had back to back Physio/Chiro appts today and after we had a brunch date at a lovely local place. Mmmm I ordered the egg white omelet packed with fresh chopped veggies, honeydew and tomato slices on the side. DH did the bacon thing right in front of me! tsk,tsk, tsk!
