I'm making a tuna-mac casserole by Rose Reisman. It's in the oven right now and smells great. Will be lots of leftovers.

awesome soupy goodness!
I tried something a bit different this afternoon and the family raved about the flavour.
Started with sesame oil, sauteed onion/celery, added lots of shrimp chopped up, then soy sauce and chicken broth. Added diced butternut squash, sliced water chestnuts, slender strings of carrot, rough chopped savoy cabbage and added a package of cooked broad noodles at the end.
