Tuesday I was planning on saving a whack of calories to use for watching the Habs play their last game ( yeah THAT did not work out the way I thought ) so I ate a 300 calorie lunch with 1/2 c Greek Yogurt with berries and 2 tsp. real maple syrup. 1/2 cup baked hubbard squash and 1 whole tomato sliced up.

^ Mia, the same thing happens to us - it's so nice to have a real baked ham, but then there are only two of us, with eating visits from our son.
Lunch was a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup, followed an hour later by a bologna sandwich.

I made a GF Quesadilla. Used just 1 tortilla, cut in half folded over. Filled it with 2 oz. Prime Rib bits (Mmm), thin sliced sauteed shrooms, and 1 oz. grated cheddar. Dipped the triangles in 3 tbsp Salsa.

around 3 in the afternoon yesterday I really craved some hummus ( but always regret the calories sacrificed to eat any ) so I spread just 2 tblsp of some onto 6 of my GF crackers, and had a bit left to fill a couple of 3 " long celery pieces. That squashed the craving for now.
