Chicken and mushroom Alfredo with speghitini. There are lots of leftovers.

This roast pan full of chili will be lunch, dinner and taken for work meals too until it is all eaten up. ( ha ha ) Had NO ground beef in the freezer when I went to start making it this morning! This was after I had soaked all my beans overnight, so I just ground up 1 and 1/2 bags of GT frozen Italian meatballs, also ground up the leftover pork riblet meat and tossed in all the veggies/spices and beans. I still swear by the pressure cooker method to cook/soften those beans....saves a ton of time.
