It's the time of year to eat from the garden. I just ate a big salad and half of the ingredients are from my garden.
Leaf lettuce, swisschard, beet leaves, dill, pan fried mushrooms, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and diced marble cheese.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money

Made a " stew " but really only I could eat this and think it was delicious....ha ha.
I pressure cooked up bite sized pieces of lean veal ( for about 18 min. ) to make 3 servings. The other ingredients cooked separate were carrots, zucchini, celery, green onions and 2 pkgs. Nupasta Angel hair cut into 2" pieces. Used a small amount of no salt beef broth as my gravy.....not really gravy...but with enough herbs and black pepper, it was a super lunch!
