by 3 p.m. I caved and had my lunch...the trips to shop for new greens this morning in that heat sure did me in, I almost fell asleep when I got back. On the way back from the frugal grocery items purchased, I splurged at Tiano's organics store.
One loaf of gluten free bread and 1 bag bagels. OOP was $12.50 for just 2 items!........however amortized over say 60 days??
( I won't be eating them every day ) = .21 a day.
Well worth it!!
Toasted 1 slice of bread and one half a bagel and topped them with a tuna/mayo mixture. I was in heaven! The flavour! Cleaned up the last of that delicious stir fry. The veggies were still so crunchy too.
2 bottles of water.

Saw some very encouraging results on my scale this morning as my battle of the bulge continues, so I celebrated with a cool bottle of water and a small mason jar of mean green juice.
Then for lunch I heaped my plate up with whatever greens/veggies I had left in the crisper ( snow peas, bok choy, green onions, mushrooms, carrots, bell pepper and zucchini ) Stir fried them all, added 2 oz of chicken breast and some herbs/spices and drops of sesame oil & soya sauce.
Out of this world!
