Black bean and corn salad with some homemade naan. Wish the salad had day a few more days e cause overnight isn't long enough for the flavours to blend!

mini turkey meatloaf (left over from supper yesterday) with a few mini roasted potatoes (also left overs) and a spinach and strawberry salad with poppy seed dressing.

I seem to be 'brunching' more these days - and couldn't wait til supper to start on the holiday leftovers, so I had perogies and cabbage rolls (won't stop me from having more for supper, lol!).

Had a large breakfast (1 egg, 3 strips of bacon, some fruit, hashbrowns, 2 toast) so i didnt feel like having lunch.

Lunch today will be all you can eat spaghetti and meat sauce, with garlic bread, dessert and coffee/tea at the local community kitchen center. Costs $4. Cant go wrong with that. Money raised for their lunches goes to provide meals for the less fortunate.

I made Homemade Turkey Soup yesterday from the Life Made delicious website. It turned out fantastic, so we had that for lunch yesterday and today also.
