the only problem with that is the P&G coupons do state 'Excess of self price is not to paid to consumer or applied to transaction' but it all depends on your cashier but at the least you get free soap

I don't think that would work either sadly because the coupon is only for 2 so it would be considered applying it to your transaction but your cashier might let you get it because all they do is send in the coupon very rarely dose the company ask for proof of sale.

Yes it will work. I have done this before. GT`s policy is to apply the excess toward the rest of your purchase or the tax, any excess after this is not given to you. Check their website for the policy.

Took this coupon to my local Giant tiger and the cashier said that it was for the "family pack" and not the single bars and the women behind us agreed with the cashier..so did not get them.

You should be able to use them. I used 3 at the GT on Fermor no problem.
