WTH their front page says free shipping, but it won't calculate in the cart. Their site has been glitchy all day. No free samples, no free ice packs WUB4, $10 promo codes not being accepted. Their customer service actually told me to try again on Tuesday because it won't be fixed before then. I specifically asked about their stock and she said they had tons and that they won't go out of stock...and they just did.

@ FallenPixels, Did you get an order confirmation email right after you placed an order? Did they just cancelled your order without saying why?
I can't find it either. Maybe they removed it?
Their site must still be screwy. I bought 3 boxes from them, with no sample packs at all. My order was also cancelled.
And when I tried to use DH's $10 discount code in a separate account, it told me I had already used my code. This was after it took hours to get the cart to work.
Major, major issues. Biz lesson #1, don't send out a promo code when your site is buuuuuggggyyy
