I can't comment on these earrings in particular, but I read that you can put clear nail polish on the spokes and it can stop the allergic reactions - haven't tried it myself as I don't have an allergy.

Anybody knows the size of cz stud, 5mm, 10mm? I bought 3 pairs of sterling silver cz earrings at Icing a few months ago and they were marked down to $2 per pair but this is a good deal too.

Hi Decaf, when I received mine they were labeled 6mm- this is pretty much a standard size for CZ studs. They're great and go with anything.

Not sure about nickel content but sterling silver is a pretty safe bet - especially at that price - not much risk.

I think if they have problem with fake earrings, it may still remain. My ears complain too quite often and I have kind of similar cute studs. I used to keep wearing them even feeling irritation as I really loved them. But it just does not work that way and it gets more and more distracting till you take them off.


Btw, check out your local Walmart too. I saw similar but much bigger size for $9 today.

They are actually listed as 5mm... my mistake. They do have some 6mm studs for $10.87 - free shipping.
