FREE food at SDM TY Manager stickers!!

My local SDM is very small (doesn't have a big selection of brands) and is not very busy, so as a result, there are constant markdowns on soon-to-expire food items.

Today I stopped in to get my Mom's Rx's and cruised the food aisle and lo and behold....the Nutrigrain and Quaker chewy bars were on sale for $1.88 and there were min. of $2 in managers stickers attached. So.....I got 7 boxes for nothing, went across the street to the Marketplace IGA and deposited them in the food bank box.

Only downside was that I had already done my 20x shop at a bigger location, so I didn't get 20x points for them.....oh well..... :rolleyes:

Wow, what a great deal. I can't believe they knowingly put a manager's coupon on there to give them away for free, how nice of you to donate them!

I have scored free product from SDM twice now from manager's stickers but you should know that the coupons are entered as a different code and don't count towards 20x days.
But free is always good!

i can usually find vitimans at shoppers with managers stickers on them dirt cheap. usually under a $1 for a bottle. i can usually find childrens chewable vitimans and i give them to a friend of mine who has 6 kids.

That is wonderful and giving as well and doing a favor for mommy. You are so sweet.

I have yet to get anything free but DH and I were there a few weeks ago and his Country Harvest Bread was reduced and to me (no offence to anyone but I like a bread I can squish and know it is fresh and white is my preference) but DH has to east brown (whole grain/whole what) so all that to say that the breads had stickers of 1.00 and 50 cents off and they had a reduced sticker so we ended up by paying about 25 cents for each loaf and he got 8. They went to the freezer but it was a good deal for him.

Yep me too! Just got back from SDM and picked up 4 packs of Danino yogurt. $4.99 with Managers sticker of $5. Yay me!
