I work 10 hour shifts in retail as well and, for the most part, six days a week. It stinks. I am actually okay with the ten hour part because he pays me very well but I hate not having two days off. I feel like i am always working.Quote:

Afternoon ladies! Sorry I haven't been on it a couple days, we had a busy weekend. Hubby left for Edmonton last night. DD has a cold (but its not bad) so still going to ballet class today. I feel as though I getting something too :( so just having a lazy day. Mailing tomorrow buddy so you will probably have it by the end of the week, hint hint ;)

OMG I got an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC package from Beecameron! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! Just about to get ready & head out to ballet class. Will post everything I got when I get back, but thanks again! DD & I are over the moon :)

I've been like a kid at Christmas all day waiting for you to get it lol. I'm so happy you and your dd like everything. I couldn't find a track sized Bertie the bus so I'm happy to hear she likes Percy :)
My package is en route :). So secret buddy, it will be there soon! Sorry it took so long, but I kept forgetting to bring it with me the last two days. Put it in front of the door, so I would trip over it, which I did, and thus didn't forget it!
I just sent my tracking number and information to the bosses :top:, now just waiting until arrives. I hope you like everything!
So tired, new job started today. Great hours (during the kids school hours, I can drop off and pick up), which work with my single mom life (dad lives an hour away, so he can't do it. Not my favourite work, but it's good pay, and fit's my schedule. My last respite client had less hours, didn't have motivation to do anything nor did the parents have it (they would either be out or asleep when I showed up :() . THis one has almost 26 hours on average each week (over night respite one night, when I don't have my kids). So, I can still do all the kid's running, and weekly appts for 2 of mine who need the, and activities at night. But, no downtime, and I'm tired and need a nap, but we're out the door to swimming in 10.

OMG buddy I just checked Canada post and an attempt to deliver was today. Says a card was left with pick up instructions. That didn't take long I travel across a few provinces. Lol. Hope you got the card so you can pick it up tomorrow. :)
