ok I have this new digital thermostat and all new to me because I use to have it in degree now I have Celsius what do I set it at where I am not going to get a huge gas bill lol

We usually keep ours set at 21.....my son keeps his set at 18 that is way too cold for me...I think at least 20 and adjust as needed if it gets too cold. We always lower during the night and when we are gone during the day. Usually set at 21 though which is around 70 degrees.

I should have started shopping way closer to mail day. This box keeps getting bigger and bigger. I can't mail now because I am awaiting the arrival of your most wished for item.

My favourite colour is rootbeer brown but I am really fond of any shade of brown and also like rust too. Also I am happy even if it has brown in it....that being said.

I would be pretty much happy with anything you choose for me but if you want me to be specific I would love to have anything in stationary/kitchen towels/coupon bag.

When the boys and even with Kelsey during school years (we live 20 minutes from school and 40 minutes to city, Lethbridge) we only allowed the kids one extra curricular activity because I wasn't going to be running with them every night. Kelsey is involved with band year round but she has been doing that for 6 years she plays the trumpet. Usually it is during school hours and there is some trips and extra evenings but isn't too bad plus she gets a grade. She also does horse jumping twice a month and will be competing.

Kelsey has been in horse 4H since she was 9 and decided to quit last year for jumping. Working kinda interfered with it and they always changed the riding days to when Kelsey couldn't ride. I was fed up....my little rant.

Oh I was wondering this too! Mine is programmable so I wasn't sure what to do for day time when we are home, when we are at work and then overnight! Very helpful

Not so fast, Julie. My buddy's colour is easy to find. Just a regular plain old colour. It's finding something on her wishlist to get in that colour that is posing a problem!

Just popping in to say a quick little hello to you ladies!

Mason's first surgery (the lip) is currently scheduled right now for October 17th....our wedding anniversary.....and PammieD's lil girl's first birthday! But we meet with the surgeon on the 30th of this month and it's possible that the surgery could be bumped to November.

No word yet for any job offers in Alberta for hubby. He does have a job offer with my best friend's hubby though....the one that is on "Highway Thru Hell"!! Just waiting to see if any other offers pop up before he decides to accept it...won't be as good of money as a "camp job" but it should be good enough to support the family. Anyways, I guess I can talk about it now, but the reason he has to find a better job is because my dad accepted an offer for our family business to sell. I mean, it's been for sale for years, but never got an offer that he would accept or the deals would fall through. This time it looks like its really happening. Just kinda sad and sucks...cuz when I went on maternity leave...I never thought that I wouldn't be going back.... Now I will just be a stay at home mom for quite awhile I guess since daycare will be too expensive for the boys.

Well that's my big update for you all right now. Probably should wake Mason up for a feed now and then get to bed myself. Miss you all. P.S. As long as he takes this job, he said it will still be okay for me to ride the Advent train and spoil my buddy! Sooooo looking forward to that train :D
