I'd love to see the other recipes! Here is my brownie recipe I have been known to use 1 tbsp of vanilla instead of a tsp lol. And I pretty much always add chocolate chips, though have also done it with nuts, or mini marshmallows (usually with chocolate chips too!)
Easy Brownie Mix – from gwennad
1 cup sugar
½ cup All Purpose Flour
1/3 cup cocoa
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp Baking powder
Put in plastic bags or mason jars – will keep up to 6 months (1 year in the freezer)
At baking time add:
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
Nuts, chocolate chips, whatever else you like
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in 8x8 or 9x9 pan.

The Orange Blueberry Muffin recipe is on my blog, here:
http://thisnortherngirl.wordpress.co...berry-muffins/
The only change is that I now add 1 tbsp of minced fresh ginger to the bowl with the wet ingredients. Gives the muffins an extra boost of flavour.
GwennaD, I have just realized that in your version of the cookie recipe, I wrote condensed milk, when I meant evaporated milk (which is why I included a can of evaporated milk). I get the names of the two confused! Oops!
And here is the Chocolate Turtle Cookie recipe.
Chocolate Turtle Cookies - from super807
Ingredients
· 1 cup all-purpose flour
· 1/3 cup cocoa powder
· 1/4 teaspoon salt
· ½ cup butter, softened
· 2/3 cup sugar
· 1 large egg, separated, plus 1 egg white
· 2 tablespoons milk
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
· 1 1/4 cups pecans, finely chopped
· 14 soft caramel candies (I like to use Kraft caramels)
· 3 tablespoons heavy cream (can use evaporated milk instead of cream)
Directions
Dough Preparation
- Combine flour, cocoa, and salt in a small bowl.
- In a larger bowl, use electric mixer on medium-high speed, and beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 2 minutes. (If don’t have electric mixer, this can be done by hand.)
- Add egg yolk, milk, and vanilla to the butter and sugar mixutre and beat until incorporated.
- Reduce speed to low and add flour mixture until just combined.
- Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, 1 hour.
Baking
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk egg whites in bowl until frothy. Place finely chopped pecans in another bowl.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, dip in egg whites, then roll in pecans. Place balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
- Using the 1 teaspoon measure, make indentation in center of each ball.
- Bake until set, about 12 minutes, switching and rotating sheets halfway through baking.
- Microwave caramels and cream (or evaporated milk) in bowl, stirring occasionally, until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Once cookies are removed from oven, gently re-press existing indentations. Fill each cookie with 1/2 teaspoon caramel mixture.
- Cool 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- Try not to devour them all at once.
Makes 2 ½ dozen cookies.
