So we stopped into a local Walmart so my friend could look for a book shelf ended up in being held up in a first aid room for about 20 mins... I was standing at an end of a toy aisle looking at some dolls. This associate was pulling a huge pallet by me and didn't see me so he hit my right ankle and skin was broken and it started to bleed. As I'm looking down in shock he turns to mutter sorry and walked away. A customer right by me was yelling "that worker just hit this woman and now he's leaving". A fellow worker had seen the whole incident and called for a manager. Who came right away and kept saying sorry and took me and my friend who came to see what was happening to the back to get my foot look after. I'm a bit pissed off by that associate lack of help and just walking off. The assistant manager said someone will be calling me tomorrow. And that associated will be dealt with. I dont mean for him to get suspended or punished! Well that's my rant of the evening! Thanks for reading

I'm sorry that you got hurt, and I hope it is starting to heal up and not too painful. Aout a year ago my daughter (2 at the time) got hurt at a walmart and I must say they don't mess around with on site injuries.
We don't need to be rich, don't need to be famous just to have a good time!

You can sue them ..people sue for much less than that .
If its not your fault and its legitimate and not a fraud you are pulling off , companies should be held responsible for it & liable for it .
When I was a kid , I was just nicked by a rusty nail ..looked like a very small thing , but I ended up getting Tetanus shot , as apparently just that small nick from a rusty nail was enough for that
